BEKGRACE photography agreement: *

We have read, understood and agree with the following conditions: We agree that payment of a $250 confirms our booking for a portrait photography session. We agree to pay the remaining balance prior to delivery of the high resolution JPEG files. We understand that the standard turn around for processed images and digital negatives 3-4 working weeks. This may occasionally be extended due to seasonal demand. We agree that any children under 18 years of age, will be under our constant supervision during the shoot and that we are responsible for them at all times. Sessions may be rescheduled in the event of illness or unsuitable weather. we agree that the images delivered to us are at the discretion of BEKGRACE. we understand that not all photos taken on the shoot will be delivered as the final images, or available for viewing. We understands the the images will not be supplied in a full set of both black and white and colour. We understand that artistics choices will be at the discretion of BEKGRACE. The look of the final images we receive are at the discretion of BEKGRACE and any extra work requested by us will be charged at $250 per hour. We give permission to BEK GRACE to use any images taken during our session, for any form of advertising and social media/website.
We understand that full usage and reprinting of images is permitted upon full payment to BEK GRACE. We agree that all images supplied cannot be used for any commercial purpose and are strictly for personal use only. I/WE agree to the above terms and conditions:
